We've been receiving reports regarding Jogress evolution and Food Bug.

 

Please be informed that we are already aware of these issues and are being forwarded to designated teams to cope with further resolutions. Rest assured that we will fix all of them and make the servers stable as soon as possible.

 

For the mean time, we strongly recommend all tamers to avoid changing channel while the food item is still on cooldown state. In an instance that you experienced the bug, a temporary solution would be changing to another channel.

 

Should you find further issues or bugs in the game, we strongly recommend that you report it to our Customer Support.
