It has come to our attention that some of our tamers are still experiencing Food Bug and slow loading or even getting stuck at the loading screen when teleporting from one area to another. Please be informed that we are already aware of these issues and our technical support team is already looking into these matters.

Please bear with us while the team investigates and solves these concerns. Rest assured that we will solve these issues at the soonest time possible.

For the meantime, we advise all tamers who are experiencing these issues to follow the temporary workarounds below:

[Stuck Issue]

Please wait for 2-3 minutes before deciding to close the Game Client since loading might be completed within the given amount of time.

[Food Bug]

Upon using any food item, kindly wait for the cooldown to be completed before teleporting to any area to reduce, if not prevent the bug from occurring.

Note: These temporary workarounds are only temporary solution until we permanently fix the issues at hand. We do not guarantee that these workarounds will absolutely prevent the said bugs from occurring.
