Hello, this is Digimon Masters.

 

Extra server maintenance was carried out yesterday to fix some inveterate problems, stuck at loading screens, food bug and frequent server down issues. And now, we have been able to confirm from the players' feedback that we gathered as we continuously conduct series of tests that the stuck at loading screen and food bug issues have been solved thru the maintenance. 

 

However, there are still server down issues occurring from time to time and our technical support team is still taking a look what has triggering the issue to occur.

 

We do apologize for the inconvenience this has caused and we will do our best to fix the problem as soon as possible. Once the problem is solved, we will get back to you with some proper compensation for our valued tamers who experience any inconvenience regarding these matters.
