1st, 2nd and 3rd winners did something unjustified behavior for it.

As we noticed before, any abusing is not allowed.
Even penalties can be provided to the relevant account based on our operation policy
Now, our responsible team is in a discussion & investigation for the penalty. 

In above situation, we kindly request telling us about your guilty yourself.
It will be in our consideration and we believe it can reduce your penalties. 
However if there is a kind of missed things or claim about your innocence, unfortunately we cannot offer any further help.
