First of all, we are sorry for the inconvenience that this corrupted Hackshield error may have caused you.  Due to the number of complaints that we have been receiving regarding this matter, we have investigated on it thoroughly and have a few solutions that may help you get rid of the problem. If you are experiencing this error, you may want to try these solutions to be able to start enjoying the game.

One of the solutions for this, and probably the most effective one, is by installing an anti-virus program that is licensed and updated. This will prevent the HackShield error by removing the malware or virus that may have corrupted your HackShield. Scan your computer for any virus and remove it from your computer. But please be reminded to setup your anti-virus so that it allows the Digimon Masters client to run and connect to the internet.

Another solution to this is very simple. Restarting your computer may remove this error. We have had some cases of this and by simply restarting the computer and running the client again, the HackShield error did not appear anymore.

If these two solutions do not work, try re-installing the whole client again.
