Hello to all Joymax players!

First we want to thank all for your love and interest in us. Watching our players experience joy through our games is what makes us present to this day.

As many of you know, our very first online game—Silkroad Online—has now reached its 7th year since we opened our services globally. And though you have given us with continued support and participation throughout these years, we are aware that we have been rather negligent in providing the needed services to our players. We wish to take this moment to apologize for our mistakes and promise you there will be change in the near future.

Beginning with this March, Joymax will implement a whole new service policy and management to accommodate to our players. There will be an overhaul within the system, organized community, and many content updates to come for this year alone.
For 2012, we will focus on reaching to our players directly to listen and learn for the improvement of all our games. We respect and place great importance on each and every praises and criticisms you make for us, and we aspire to satisfy all of them. We only ask for your continued patience, interest, and love.
