Since the last update on 3rd July, new reward item "Novice Gift Box" has been updated.
Regarding to your reports, we found that the item is bugged and not being opened normally.
However, we're having maintenance soon (10th Jul), and the item bug will be fixed by then.
I apologize about the inconvenience that has been caused to level 30 or below Tamers.
Please do not try to use it until it is finally fixed after the server maintenance.
