We have been receiving many  complaints regarding the "Not Suitable Version Info" error. We would like to ask from the affected players the information of their game client. To provide us with this information, please follow the following steps.

1. Right-click on your game launcher.
2. Select Properties.
3. Click on "Find Target".
4. Look for the folder " LauncherLib.
5. Send us the information from the "Launcher_GDMO", "VERSION", and "vGDMO" configuration settings.
6. Please send these information to us via Customer Support.

We suggest to download a fresh copy of our game client and re-instal the game after sending us the information.

Note:

For players who are experiencing random disconnection after downloading a fresh copy of the game client, please make sure the you have completely removed or un-installed the old client before re-installing the new one.
