Any act of fraud and/or ties to fraud are in direct violation of our Terms of Service, and those who are subject
to such penalties will be permanently banned from our service without question.

Also, once the account has permanently banned due to the act of fraud, the account will not be unbanned.

Please understand that the user has to take the consequences when the account is banned permanently.
