As we previously announced, we reinvestigated the possible causes of random disconnection and just had the extra server inspection to fix the problem with patches which have been confirmed from the investigation. In spite of the patches to fix it today, there still exists the random disconnection from unspecified channels that should disturb the game play of our valued tamers.

Now, we must apologize for the unsolved problem occurring randomly in different map. We are again closely monitoring all channels from all the servers to determine which are affected so that we will follow it up to normalize it as soon as possible. If you get disconnected without any notices or reasons, we suggest to login back automatically to switch Channel, you'll be allocated on the list available once you've successfully login.
