On behalf of the GM Team, we will be implementing the GDMO Project ABC (Anti-Bot Campaign) to prevent illegal program use.

 

To this day, some players are still using illegal programs even though we are doing our best to discourage illegal program use by continuously warn and remind players not to use any form of illegal third party program. This is why we are going execute the GDMO Project ABC (Anti-Bot Campaign) at this time to back our determination to cleanse Digimon Masters of illegal program users.

GDMO Project ABC (Anti-Bot Campaign)

 

 

I. Regarding illegal program

- An Illegal program not only modify the game client without legit permission but supports an auto hunting program that enable their users to make their in-game characters to hunt on their own. This makes an imbalance in the game which leads to crowded and unstable servers. There also other programs that disrupts the system process in-game and create abnormal occurrences in the game system. All of this programs that affect the natural system of the game are illegal programs.

 

Illegal programs are not allowed because it is the one of main factors to hamper the development of the game by disturbing normal players and impairing the game client. 

 

II. Details of Anti-Bot Campaign

 

1. Focus control and discipline week for illegal program users (4weeks) 

- Illegal program users’ data from the system and player reports will be collected and analyzed. The information gathered will be the basis for blocking illegal program users. 

- GM monitoring activities will be reinforced toward illegal program users. Please report players who are suspected of using illegal programs to customer support.

- The punishment roster of all the illegal program users will be posted in the Official website and FB page every Tuesday.

 

2. Reinforced GM activity

GMs will be assigned to a specific server to get up close to the players in a specific server for enhanced communication and to provide direct and immediate attention for bot activities or other illegal program users in the game.

 

3. Account Blocking

Once, caught and proven that a certain tamer is involved in any illegal activities in the game; his/her account will be blocked depending on the gravity and frequency of his/her offense.

 

 

4. Facebook Community Anti – Bot Campaign

- Bot's Ban list will be posted in our FB Page weekly (every Tuesday) to raise player awareness regarding GM Team’s sincerity to eradicate all the bot users in the game. Tamer name will be posted but the last three characters in their name will be replaced with “*” to protect their identity. (ex: Holbr***)

 

- Our Facebook Community Manager will make a dedicated forum thread wherein players can report bot activities in the game.

 

When using computers in public places like PC Cafés, please make sure to check if there are illegal programs installed in them. This may lead to your accounts from being blocked.

Don’t try any illegal programs in order to maintain a pleasant and fair gaming environment. This would also ensure that your accounts will be protected from hack and theft.
