A . You can be qualified by completing quest provided in the first of the game.

34	Payment	Q . Can I get a refund or exchange for my purchased item?
A . No refunds or item exchange are available because before you make a payment, you have been through and agree with the Item Mall User Agreement of payment which has shown the policy of no refund and no item exchange. You can check the Item Mall User Agreement where located on the menu>Charege> Charge> [If you click on the payment option, you automatically agree with the Terms of Payment. However, if you have requested and received a refund through PayPal under exceptional circumstances, please be advised that your account is permanently suspended.
33	Game Play	Q . Game is suddenly becoming faster and access is disconnected.
A . A user using Athlon 64X2 series among AMD CPU dual core chips may experience faster running or disconnection of access due to temporary frame lowering. This problem is due to Windows XP and CPU and to solve the trouble, AMD has distributed Dual Core Optimizer. << AMD Dual Core Optimizer >>Link : http://support.amd.com/us/Processor_TechDownloads/DCO_1.1.4.zip ※ Note: Install it only for AMD dual core CPU(Athlon64X2 series). ※ If you use Windows 7, you don't need to install it. 32	System	Q . My computer does not meet the minimum requirements of Digimon Masters. Then, can't I play the game?
A . Unless a PC meet the minimum requirements, the game may not be installed properly when you install it. Even though the game is installed, it may stop or be disconnected frequently when you enjoy the game. Actually, you can play the game anyway but may be troubled inconveniently. Please note it. Thank you.
31	Game Play	Q . Can I change the name of my Digimon or Tamer?
A . You can change it by using a Cash Item.
30	Game Play	Q . Error message(s) during installation occurs
A . It is probably due to a retry as soon as you disrupt the installation process. If such is the case, you may retry the installation after rebooting your PC.
29	Game Play	Q . How can I access the game?
A . To access the game, you should sign up the website first. Upon the sign-in, please download and install Digimon Masters client from the website's archives. After installation, enter your username and password and execute the game.
28	Game Play	Q . What is the Digi-soul system?
A . It is the energy needed to use skills such as attacking, which has a similar meaning with Magic/Mana Power of other games. Only Tamers are able to produce Digi-soul, and the amount of Digi-soul is amplified due to Tamer's capability when Tamer conveys it to Digimon through Digivice.
